Creston officials concerned about increase in COVID-19 cases


CRESTON, Iowa - COVID-19 cases continue to climb in several Iowa counties in our listening area.

Creston City Administrator Mike Taylor told KXCV/KRNW that an increase in cases in Union County is creating concerns amongst city officials.

Last week, Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds urged residents to follow her new partial mask mandate, while claiming "there's science on both sides" about whether face coverings reduce the spread of coronavirus.
